Couple-Only Elopement Specials

Getting married in Winchester, Virginia is fast and easy.  Whether you’re getting married secretly or simply, the Fuller House will help make your couple-only elopement memorable for an affordable price, whether you’d like a same-day ceremony or romantic overnight stay!  These special offers are only for marrying couples who aren’t bringing additional people — guests or outside wedding professionals — to their ceremony.  If you would like to have your friends and loved ones witness your vows in person or by video/streaming or have any wedding professionals help you on your special day, please see the Wedding Ceremony Pricing below.

  • Couple-Only Elopement Ceremony Special — $120.00*, our standard ceremony performed by an in-house wedding officiant, one digital wedding photo of your choice, up to 20 minutes on site in the Main House or Garden.  For marrying couples without additional people, including outside wedding professionals.  No videotaping and/or streaming.  
  • Couple-Only Cottage Elopement Package — $299.00*, our standard ceremony performed by an in-house wedding officiant, one digital wedding portrait photo up to 20 minutes on site in the Main House or Garden, overnight stay in the Fuller House Cottage.  State and local lodging taxes apply.  For marrying couples without additional people, including outside professionals.  No videotaping and/or streaming.
  • Fast Photos — $10.00/photo (digital image).  Unedited wedding photos, which you select, emailed immediately to you.  No minimum or obligation.
  • Custom Wedding Ceremony— Please speak with us about pricing.

*Rate applies to business hours from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, seven days a week.  Please contact us for evening and holiday rates.

Wedding Ceremony Pricing

The Fuller House Inn is the ideal setting for your small, intimate wedding ceremony of fewer than 50 people.  Choose your ceremony location from the three formal rooms in the Main House or Garden.  We’ll set up seating for your guests in the location of your choice, so they’ll all have a great view as you tie the knot!  In-house wedding officiant Susan Winkeler will perform your wedding ceremony.  You may also hire one of our associate wedding celebrants, David McLaughlin or Aaron Riddle, to oversee your nuptials.  If you prefer, your may bring your own minister, preacher or spiritual adviser.  

  • Basic Wedding — $165.00 plus $10.00/each person of any age on site, up to fifteen people* (including but not limited to guests and wedding party members, no outside or hired wedding professionals), our standard ceremony performed by an in-house wedding officiant, one digital photo of your choice, up to 30 minutes on site in the Main House or Garden.  Videotaping and/or streaming permitted.
  • Traditional Wedding — Save $50.00 off the full rate — $250.00 plus $10.00/each person of any age on site, up to forty-nine people* (including but not limited to guests, wedding party members and outside or hired wedding professionals), our standard ceremony performed by an in-house wedding officiant, one digital photo of your choice, up to 60 minutes on site in the Main House or Garden. Videotaping and/or streaming permitted.
  • Discounted Wedding and Reception Package — $2,275.00 flat rate for five hours in the Main House and Garden, free use of tables and chairs, up to forty-nine people on site (including hired wedding professionals and other vendors).  Videotaping and/or streaming permitted.
  • Custom Wedding Ceremony — Please speak with us about pricing for shorter or longer weddings and receptions.

Discounted Special Event Pricing

The Fuller House Inn is a unique event venue for any type of occasion — birthday, anniversary or engagement party, baby or bridal shower or corporate retreat.  You and your guests can enjoy spending time in both the Fuller House and garden while you socialize or celebrate!

  • Discounted Special Event Package — $2,275.00 flat rate for five hours in the Main House and Garden, free use of tables and chairs, up to forty-nine people on site (includes hired vendors).

Custom Event Pricing

If you’re planning a wedding or event but don’t require a full day, our custom pricing may be right for you.  You may choose from a combination of the Fuller House Inn’s grand formal rooms, dressing room, sun room, and enchanting garden for your event.  Pay only for the amount of space, length of time, and number of people in attendance that suit your needs.  So, if you only need two or three hours with your closest loved ones, you’re not charged as though you’re holding a six-hour event with two hundred guests.

  • Main House only – $270.00/hour plus $10.00/each additional person of any age on site (including but not limited to guests, wedding party members and hired professionals).
  • Garden only — $270.00/hour plus $10.00/each additional person of any age on site (including but not limited to guests, wedding party members and hired professionals).
  • Main House and Garden — Save over $100.00/hour off the full rate — $430.00/hour, plus $10.00/each additional person of any age on site (including but not limited to guests, wedding party members and hired professionals).
  • Dressing Room — $60.00 flat fee plus $4.50/minute for time.  Available with the Traditional Wedding or Discounted Wedding and Reception Package.
  • Sun Room — No additional charge for space or serving tables, available for serving food and beverages.

Ashley decides to rent the Main House for an intimate wedding and reception.  She wants to rent the Main House for three hours and plans on having 15 total people in attendance.  She plans on using the three formal rooms for socializing and the Sun Room for serving cake, finger food and beverages.  She needs two hours for her wedding ceremony and reception and an hour to set up and clean up (30 minutes each).

  • The space fee is $810. ($270.00 x 3 hours)
  • The attendance fee is $150. ($10.00 x 15 people)

The total cost for Ashley’s event is only $960 — an incredible value!  Where else can you find such a spectacular setting for under $1,000?

Cottage Lodging Rates

The luxurious Fuller House Cottage is available for overnight stays.  The Cottage includes a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a twin-size daybed (trundle bed available) with a Serta mattress.  Guests must be at least 18 years of age.  Maximum occupancy is four adults.  State and local lodging taxes apply.

  • $199.00/night for two adults
  • $50.00/night for each additional adult

Please note that use of the Cottage and grounds is for paid lodgers only.  It may not be used by friends, relatives, wedding parties or other groups for any reason.  Unregistered visitors are not permitted.
